1. Refund Policy

• All ticket purchases are non-refundable unless the event is officially canceled by Live Nation India.

• In case of event cancellation, customers will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 30 working days.

• Postponed or rescheduled events will not be eligible for refunds unless explicitly mentioned by the organizers.

• Refund requests due to personal reasons will not be accepted.

• Refund requests must be submitted to info@livenationevent.com with the order ID and proof of purchase.

2. Shipping Policy

Digital Tickets

• All digital tickets will be delivered via email to the registered email address provided during purchase.

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct email address. Live Nation India is not liable for incorrect email entries.

• If you do not receive your ticket within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at info@livenationevent.com.

Physical Merchandise

• Merchandise (if applicable) will be shipped within 7-10 business days from the order confirmation date.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during the checkout process.

• Live Nation India will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party courier services.

• Tracking details will be shared via email once the order is dispatched.

3. Cancellations

• Orders for merchandise cannot be canceled once the payment is processed.
